Roger currently serves Pantano as the Executive Pastor. His role is to oversee the budget, the staff, and help Glen to implement the Pantano vision in practical ways.
Roger has been at Pantano since 2003, previously serving churches in Phoenix and Huntington Beach. He graduated from Hope International University, has been married for 17 years to Robin who happens to be Pantano's Children's pastor. He and Robin are often asked what's it like to be a pastor married to a pastor, the reply is simple, they don't know anything else. They were both pastors when they met and later married.
Their 4 children are Kaitlyn, Madison, and twins, Breeann and Brandee. Roger's hobby are projects, whether at home or working with his “serve and be served” life group. The bigger the project the better the excuse to use a tractor. One thing you might not know, Roger is an Oakland Raiders fan...no one quite understands how that happened.
