Ponraj heads up the Bihar Outreach Network (BORN) a cooperative partnership of many native missionary organizations working in Northern India. He is a widely known Christian author in India. During the past three years BORN, in partnership with Scriptures in Use and Pantano, has trained 1000 grass roots church planters and has established a pool of 14 experienced trainers. BORN has regular scheduled training events held in several locations in Northern India. At each event, about 30 to 50 grass roots church planters are trained.
