Celebrate Recovery is an international, Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program. The purpose of CR is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our lives problems.
By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power Jesus Christ.
- Celebrate Recovery meets at PCC, East Tucson Campus, every Friday from 6 to 9:30 p.m. and is open to all, age 18 & up.
- Pizza dinner starts at 6 p.m. The cost is $1.50 for a slice of pizza and a drink.
- Worship, teaching, and testimonies start at 7 p.m. in Towne Hall.
- Open share groups begin at 8 p.m. in various rooms on campus.
- Childcare is available for children in 5th grade or younger. Coupons must be purchased for $2 per child, and presented to the childcare workers. Children older than 5th grade must remain quietly in the rear of the main CR meeting room. We are hoping to provide a program for youth later this year. We value the safety of all our children. No unattended children are allowed on campus.
