Celebrate Recovery is an international, Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program. The purpose of CR is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to “be changed.” We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our lives’ problems.
By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power – Jesus Christ.
- Celebrate Recovery meets at PCC every Friday and is open to all age 18 & up.
- BBQ dinner starts at 6p.m. $3 for adults, $1 for children.
- Worship, teaching, and testimonies start at 7 p.m.
- Open share groups begin at 8 p.m.
- Childcare is available for $2 per child up to age 10.
- Recovery groups include:
- Chemical Dependency (men & women)
- Sexual Addiction (men)
- Survivors of Abuse (women)
- Codependency (women)
- Life Recovery (men & women)
- Orientation every week for newcomers.
