Discipleship Mentoring 101 Class (05/13/12)

Discipleship mentoring is about people living authentically in their faith and everyday life, willing to commit to and meet regularly with one other person, helping them get to the next step in their spiritual journey. This six-week 101 class is the first in a series of mentoring classes designed to help you learn the discipleship process.

Marrying With Children (05/13/12)

(Formerly known as Preparing For Remarriage). This class is for engaged couples where one or both has children 18 years and younger, and focuses on the unique challenges of remarriage and blending families. It presents the five keys to remarriage success. Cost is $50/couple, and is one of two marriage preparation classes is required for marriage at Pantano or by a Pantano Pastor.

How do we get the most from what God is trying to say to us through his Word? Here is a way that helps us not just be hearers of the Word, but also people who do what it says (James 1:22). We hear God as we read. This is vital. The problem is that too often we stop at the reading part. It is vital to take time to reflect on what we read. But we can't stop there either. As we reflect we are also asking God what he wants us to do. We ask "How are we to obediently respond to God's Word?"

To learn more, join us for an informative class about how we can Read…Reflect…Respond to God's Word.

Various class opportunities are available.  Each class will be held in TH6.

This 8 week class for engaged couples focuses on the basics of marriage: expectations, love styles, attitudes, communication and commitment. This is one of the required classes in order to be married at Pantano or by a Pantano pastor.

Cost is $50 per couple and includes books. This class is designed for couples who have never been married and who do not have children. If either person has been previously married or has children, please register for the Marriage with Children Class.
