Congratulations on your engagement! We are excited to work with you on your upcoming wedding, and look forward to making your day special.
However, we are not simply a wedding venue. Our goal is to equip you for a lifetime marriage and to partner with you to have a marriage that reflects Jesus Christ. With that in mind, we have a few requirements to be married at Pantano or by a Pantano pastor:
- First, we encourage you to contact us at least six (6) months before your wedding to ensure that you are able to fulfill these requirements. For weddings planned in less than six (6) months, we reserve the right to not perform the ceremony.
- Second, review our Preparing for Your Marriage Guidelines and complete the appropriate marriage applications.
- Next, schedule a meeting with our marriage pastor, Dr. Jeff Parziale, to discuss our marriage preparation process, and learn about our commitment in partnering with you. Immediately following, you will also meet with Ronny Morris, Wedding Administrator, to review the various wedding package options available and go over the wedding contract. Non-PCC Weddings/Newlyweds
If you are having a wedding that will not held at PCC or performed by a PCC pastor but would like the benefits offered by our marriage preparation classes and conferences, then each class/conference is available at $50/couple per class/conference. Marriage Mentoring
Mentor couples are real people who will share real-life experiences, answer questions with candor, and will unpack the Prepare© assessment you and your partner will be required to take as part of the marriage preparation process. Mentor couples will meet with you regularly, even after your wedding to help encourage, equip and strengthen your marriage. Peer Counseling
There are instances when couples may need some extra attention prior to or even after their wedding. We have several counselors trained to deal with relationship or marital issues that may arise.
