PCC Year Round Mexico Missions
The Ministry: PCC supports Manos de Dios missionaries, Dennis & Lucy Smith, as they seek to empower and encourage pastors, families and prisoners in northern Sonora, Mexico.
People group focus: Mexicans living in Sonora, Mexico. 85% are Catholic. The native language is Spanish, with some Indian dialects spoken.
The Life Group: We are a group of people who have hearts for the Mexican people, enjoy under-girding mission work in Mexico and commit to supporting Manos de Dios with prayer, fundraising, and work teams. You don’t need to speak Spanish, or even be able to travel to Mexico…simply have a passion for supporting the life-changing Kingdom work of Manos de Dios in Sonora, Mexico.
Opportunities for Involvement:
- Pray for Manos de Dios and Mexico
- Contribute financially to the support of Manos de Dios
- Fundraise to earn support for work projects in Mexico
- Donate needed items to take to Mexico
- Go on a short-term trip. Team workers include: construction, medical personnel, translators, community health educators, food prep, children’s programs, and simply LOVING the Mexican people

The Next Rocky Point Trip is Nov 11-14, 2010!
Each November, PCC partners with Amor Ministries and churches of Peñasco in this incredible outreach event. Our group will caravan together, camp at Playa Bonita Campground, interact with Mexican families, build homes and engage in ministry to women & children in the barrios. Our trip will end Sunday morning with worship on the beach.
