<span></span><span><font size="2" face="comic sans ms,sand">All parent helpers are expected to participate in the activities for the event that they are assisting. For example, if water is involved, parents should plan to get wet, if skating is involved, they should plan to skate, etc. For the safety of our children, parents must be able to be hands-on during the event.</font></span>

<span></span><span><span><font size="2" face="comic sans ms,sand">Elementary day trip volunteers will lead groups of 8-10 children. All trip leaders must plan on traveling with us by bus and church van.<span>  </span>If you would like to assist, but have children who are outside the “age limits” of the event, we use the following rule of thumb: A parent who is accepted as a volunteer is allowed to sign up a sibling as an attending child as long as that sibling is no younger than<span>  </span>1 year younger and no older than 1 year older than the “age limit” of the event you want to assist for.   </font></span></span><span><span><span><font face="comic sans ms,sand"><font size="2">Children of parent volunteers must be pre-registered and we will allow up to 2 children to attend for ½ price.<span>   </span></font></font></span></span></span><span><span><span><font face="comic sans ms,sand"><font size="2">Parents who are accepted as volunteers attend for free.<span>  </span></font></font></span></span></span>

For those who prefer a small intimate setting of family and friends, private dedications are offered either at church or in the family’s home. Please contact Robin Blumenthal, the Children’s Pastor, (or any PCC pastor) to set up a time and location for your family. For those who prefer to participate in a larger dedication setting during one of our weekend services, we offer 2 weekends per year.</font></p>

<font size="2" face="comic sans ms,sand">We will meet at Brandi Fenton Park for a fun day in their “Splash Park”, ramadas and play area!  We have reserved ramadas B and E for Pantano Christian Church.  Children should wear their swimsuit and sunscreen as well as bring a towel. In addition to the water play, we will have crafts for the kids in the Ramada’s.  We will be there from 9:30-12:30, so why not bring your lunch and plan to stay for awhile.</font>

<span></span><span><font size="2" face="comic sans ms,sand">Kid’s Kamp is for children who will be entering 3rd – 4th grades in the fall of 2008. It is designed as a first-time camp experience for this age group. Every effort is made to make the four days positive <span> </span>and fun with small groups, games, dramas, swimming, hiking, and more! The cost for camp is $208 and includes all camp activities, lodging, meals at camp, leadership, AND transportation to and from United Christian Youth Camp located in Prescott, AZ. <span> </span>Kids will need to bring $10 to cover meals to and from camp. <span> </span>We will be traveling in an air conditioned chartered bus and church van.<span></span><span> </span><span><font size="2" face="comic sans ms,sand">This year’s camp theme is: Adventure Mountain</font></span><span> </span><span><font face="comic sans ms,sand"><font size="2">Times for departure and return, as well as more specific details will be available as camp gets closer. <span> </span>Pantano Christian Church has only 57 camper spots available. The deadline to register is May 18th.<span>  </span>After 5/18 if there are any spots remaining, the camp charges a $25 late f<font size="+0">ee.</font></font></font></span></font></span>

<span></span><span><font size="2" face="comic sans ms,sand">We will travel to Breakers for a great day of play on the slides and in the wave pool! Kids will be grouped according to ability and ride interests. Since Breakers doesn’t allow outside food /drinks, we have purchased the lunch package. <span> </span>Each child will get a hot dog, chips, and drink as part of the fee. <span> </span>Please wear your swimsuit and bring a towel and sunscreen. <span> </span>Spending money is optional for snacks.</font></span>
