Back by popular demand - our 2nd Kid’s Expo Live with special guests the  Arizona Live Theatre!   This year Arizona Live Theatre and their group of talented actors will be performing “Oso Fuerte (Strong Bear)”.  After the play children will each receive $10 in PCC BUCKS to spend however they want at a PCC fair.  We will have toys/fun items and yummy snacks to purchase. Entertainers, photo-ops, face painting, inflatable obstacle course, and games to play with prizes to win.  There will also be booths where kids can pay for a manicure, hair do, adopt stuffed animals, temporarily dye their hair and more!  Don’t forget your lunch.

Deadline to register is June 22nd. After June 22nd, a $2 late fee applies while space remains.

Tuesday, July 1st 9:30 a.m. –11:30 a.m.  $6 per child

Join us from 9:30-11:30 at JW Tumbles for 2 hours of non-stop fun, excitement and movement! The children will get to climb, balance, swing, slide, run through the obstacle course, climb the rock wall, try the bars and more! Children must wear socks!  JW Tumbles is located at 6546 E. Tanque Verde Suite #140, just west of the Grant/Kolb intersection –across from Golf-N-Stuff in the Sakura parking lot. Deadline to register is June 29th.  $2 late fee after June 29th if space available.

July 3rd   9 a.m. - 4 p.m.   $5 per child

Volleyball, basketball, rock wall, swimming!  What more can an active child want?!  We are spending the day in a crazy way with lots of games that will challenge us both physically and mentally.  We’ll even be incorporating some electronic games into our activities  right here on campus.  YMCA will be on the lookout for us in the afternoon as we head there to swim.  Don’t forget your swim suit, towel and lunch!

July 7th - 11th  8:45 a.m. - 4 p.m.  $65 per child

All children entering 2nd – 5th grade in the fall of 2008 are invited to come for a fantastic week with the arts! All children will take part in Celeste Clydesdale’s Children’s Choir Collection featuring three mini musicals which will be performed Friday night as part of our “Show Case” which will also include displays and demonstrations from the week.

 In this Choir Collection we’ll be swept up in the tropical flavor of “Heaven’s Kitchen”, fueled by the gospel and blues of “The Colors of His Love”, and caught up in the rockin’ doo-wop of “The Lighthouse Fire Station.” The children will love performing treasured songs in this musical and moreover they’ll experience solid Biblical principles in a fun and engaging manner.Each day children will sing, play games, have snacks, do arts and crafts, enjoy a devotion, and participate in 3 electives of their choice. Elective choices will be available in May and will include such things as gymnastics, martial arts, musical instruments, wood working, cooking, sewing, beading, clay, cheerleading, dinosaurs, and much more!  The cost for the entire week, which includes a t-shirt, 1 CD per family, snacks, games, and elective supplies is $65.  Children will need to provide their own lunch each day. Deadline to register for Fine Arts Camp is June 29. EXTENDED CHILDCARE AVAILABLEExtended childcare is available for this week. Childcare will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $3 per morning and $4 per afternoon per child for each day needed.  Children must be registered for childcare and childcare fees must be included at the time of submitting elective choices.

Tuesday, July 15th 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  $4 per person

We will meet at the museum at 10 a.m. and enjoy 1.5 hours of the Wellness Exhibit, the Dr.’s Clinic, Farmer’s Market, Dental Area, Dinosaurs, Fire Truck, Ocean Discovery Center, Arts Studio and more! Children not yet 2 are free.

The Tucson Children’s Museum is located at 200 S. 6th Ave, 85701.Deadline to register is July 13th. $2 late fee after July 13th if space available.

July 17th 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.   $16 per child

We will spend a couple of hours shopping at Park Place Mall.  Lunch will be purchased in the food court (each child will be given $5 which is already included in the price and the kids will buy lunch in their groups).  After our shopping fun we will go see a rated ‘G’ movie (TBA when the schedule comes out). Optional spending money for snacks and shopping is encouraged.

Tuesday, July 22nd 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.  $5 per child

Up, Up and Away! This spellbinding special event introduces children to the principles of air and pressure. Children are amazed as a soda bottle is crushed before their very eyes and understand how pressure affects the world around us. Our finale will illustrate how pressure can be used to create special effects in the movies. The children will also enjoy a special story, craft and snack on this day!

July 24th  9 a.m. - 4 p.m.  $21 per child

Children won’t want to miss this EXPLOSIVE DAY!  Our morning will be spent putting away on the Golf Course, competing in Laser Tag, getting wet in the Bumper Boats and racing in the Go-Karts at Golf N Stuff.  We’ll take a quick break to enjoy our lunch and then head back to PCC to see the Mad Scientist!  Our children will be amazed as he performs his explosive and chilling experiments in this summer’s show “Fire and Ice”. After the show we’ll share a tasty treat of sno-cones and popcorn while we watch a movie (TBA). Don’t forget your lunch!

Tuesday, July 29th 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.  $5 per child

If your child is a lover of animals, then they won’t want to miss this day! There will be a large variety of animals to see, touch, and Enjoy. In addition to the live animals, the children will have a special craft, story and snack – all with an animal theme of course!

July 31st 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.   $26 per child

Join us for a bouncing, laughing, sliding, ecstatic extravaganza at Pump It Up.  This indoor inflatable play place for kids guarantees a “happytastic” time!  Once our time is up we’ll bounce on over to Bedroxx.  We will have two hours of unlimited bowling and each child will receive an $8 game card to use in the arcade. Children will need to bring socks on this trip and don’t forget your lunch!
