Favorite Bible Verse: Jeremiah 29:11-13
Favorite Author: I enjoy Stephen King and Dean Koontz although they are sort of twisted. I have recently read a lot of books by different authors so I can't say I have a favorite. I have read Erwin McManus, John Piper, John Eldridge, Ed Stetzer, David Murrow, Henry Nouwen, George Barna and many others in the last year or so and no real favorites have emerged.
Favorite Leisure Activity: I enjoy playing with my children, talking with my wife, exercise, watching Auburn Football, reading, listening to music, listening to podcasts. My wife has encouraged me to include afternoon naps which I think are biblical and therefore are required and not a leisure activity.
Favorite Food or Restaurant: I am a fast food junkie. Bacon Cheeseburgers, Pizza, Chinese - it is all good. Being raised in the deep south anything fried and covered in ketchup reminds me of home. Being from the Gulf Coast I also love seafood. I also enjoy a big steak and potato.
Favorite Vacation Destination: Anywhere with a lot of water, white sand, lots of good seafood and Jimmy Buffet playing. Anywhere in the Caribbean
What is the most embarrassing CD on your shelf? Let's see....Celine Dion, Jewel, MC Hammer, Run DMC (my wife's!!) and "Lifescapes - Celtic Dance" (I have no idea where that one came from)
Coffee or Energy drink? Both, together, twice a day. Have you not met me?
